Léona Medina-Tiede is the founder and dedicated originator of our restaurante products. Today the products are prepared in the same all-natural, preservative-free manner that they were when Leona's family settled in this tiny Spanish settlement hundreds of years ago. None of our products contain preservatives, so please keep them in the refrigerator or freezer.

Orders placed by 5pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Monday is the only day we ship.

Shipping
Shipping cost is determined by weight and zip code. Tamales have to be shipped FedEx overnight; all other items are shipped US mail 3-day priority unless other arrangements are made.
